Aurachord Terms of Service

Sonofield Ear Trainer Education Ltd. provides Aurachord, a mobile and web chord ear-training app. By using Aurachord, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and Use

You may use Aurachord without an account. An optional account can synchronize supported app data across devices. You are responsible for access to your sign-in method and for lawful, personal use of the service. You can delete your account in the app, which removes the account and synchronized data.

Aurachord Pro

Aurachord Pro is an optional, one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription. It grants the current and future Pro features of Aurachord, including future app versions. App Store, Google Play, and web purchases provide the same Aurachord Pro access across platforms through RevenueCat.

A mobile Pro purchase may be made without an account. An anonymous purchase can later be attached to one Aurachord account. Web buyers may purchase first, receive a redemption link by email, and then create or connect an account. Pro is personal and cannot be transferred between unrelated accounts, except when support corrects an error.

Deleting an account does not forfeit a valid purchase. Pro can be restored or recovered through the applicable app store or verified web-purchase process.

Payment and Refunds

Apple processes App Store payments, Google processes Google Play payments, and web payments use RevenueCat’s Stripe Billing integration and Stripe-hosted checkout. Sonofield does not receive full card details. Apple and Google purchases follow their respective refund processes. Sonofield handles refunds for Stripe purchases subject to applicable law.

Prices, taxes, and offers may vary by platform, country, or eligible promotion. RevenueCat may conduct limited randomized pricing, paywall-copy, or layout experiments, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

Aurachord is provided as is and without warranties, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Features and content may change, and the service may become unavailable or stop working. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, support for every device or environment, or indefinite maintenance. Third-party stores and services are governed by their own terms and availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sonofield Ear Trainer Education Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages or losses related to your use of or inability to use Aurachord. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, subject to mandatory applicable law.
